Tee
Time Reservations Overview
You can make reservations for tee times at golf courses across the country from
this web site. Search for specific courses geographically either by clicking
on the state where you want to play or by selecting one of the pre-selected
courses displayed automatically for you. When you find the course you are interested
in, you can see information about the course, check the current weather at the
course, get directions, and book your tee time.
Payment is made through
a secure interface - the same kind of security used by financial web sites -
with a credit card. Your credit card will be charged a nominal fee for booking
your tee time from this site. Your credit card will also serve as the guarantee
for the tee time. Final payment will be made at the golf course when you check
in. You will be apprised of all charges before you enter your credit card information.
After you have made your
reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message indicating your
reservation date, time and confirmation number. If you need to cancel your guaranteed
tee time reservation, you must do so within the timeframe defined by the course.
Failure to cancel the tee time prior to the cancellation deadline may result
in the course charging your credit card for the green fees associated with the
tee time reserved.
Where
Do You Want to Play?
First, locate available courses in the geographic area you want to play. You
can do this in several ways:
You can select a country and state from the drop-down lists. To further narrow
your search, you may optionally select a specific area within a state. Alternatively,
you may search for courses by zip code. If you're searching for a particular
golf course, provide at least part of the course name in the "Course Name"
field. Any courses with names that match will be listed.
If you want to list only courses that are known to have available tee times
on a specific date, then select the appropriate month, day and year. If a day
is selected, then the system will check for tee time availability. You can optionally
specify time of day and price ranges. If you choose a date on this search screen,
be sure to select the appropriate number of players, too.
When you click the "Search" button, you will then see a screen listing
all the courses that match your selected criteria.
Selecting a course
After you have listed courses in the geographic area where you want to play,
you can then select courses to find available tee times and make reservations.
Selecting courses from the available course list will let you then find out
about tee time availability.
To select a course, click
on the small check box to the left of the course name. You can select more than
one course. You can also find out course information, current weather conditions,
and get a map to the course by clicking on the small icons that are displayed
to the right of each course's name.
After you have selected
the course(s) you are interested in, click on the "Submit" button
at the bottom of the screen to continue to the next screen, where you will choose
a date and time for your game.

Choosing a Date and Time for Your Game
If you haven't already provided a date for the course search, you will need
to select one by clicking on the calendar. Also, select the approximate time
you would like to play and the number of players (2, 3, or 4) in your group.
After you've chosen the
date, time and number of players for your game, clicking on the "Continue"
button at the bottom of the screen will then check the availability at your
selected courses. Please be patient after you click this button, as it can sometimes
take as much as a minute to check your requested time (it is still faster than
calling or waiting in line!)
If no tee times for the
day you selected are available, you will be prompted to select a different day
for your game. If the time you selected is not available, but there are other
times on the same day that are available, you will be prompted to select one
of those times.
After you have found an
available time and day for you game, you will be prompted to enter your payment
information.

Entering
Payment Information and Guaranteeing Your Tee Time
Your credit card will be
charged a reservation fee per golfer, per tee time (please refer to our fee
policy). Your credit card will also serve as the guarantee for the tee time.
Therefore, you will need to use a valid credit card and enter your billing information.
All payment and customer information is entered through a secure (SSL) interface
- the same kind of security used by financial web sites.
The actual greens fee is
due upon arrival at the golf course, with terms of cancellation dependent on
the course's policy. You will only be charged a nominal booking fee (which will
be displayed) for booking your game through this web site. Final payment for
green fees and other charges will be made at the golf course when you check
in.
Enter all requested information.
If any necessary information is omitted, you will be prompted for the missing
information before being allowed to continue.
NOTE: If you have an e-mail
address, please enter it, since the confirmation message will be sent to the
e-mail address that you provide.

Making
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your
guaranteed tee time reservation, you must do so within the timeframe defined
by the course. Typically, this is 24 to 48 hours prior to your tee time, but
courses have varying policies. You will be apprised of the course's exact cancellation
policy when you reserve your tee time online.
Failure to cancel the tee
time prior to the cancellation deadline may result in the course charging your
credit card for the greens fees and other charges for the tee time reserved.
Please refer to your tee time confirmation e-mail (sent to the e-mail address
on the "Customer Information Screen" when you made your reservation).
